- A member of the "coven" indirectly threatened my kids...should I be scared?
To make a long story short, my husband and I went to a local bar Sat. night for a few drinks. Not a nice place to be we found out. Anyway, this guy with a black leather jacket with "Coven" embroidered on the back came up to some guy and punched him for no reason. My husband and I saw the whole thing. Cops were called and my husband went outside if the cops needed an eyewitness. He got kicked in the nuts by some fat woman and was told to go back inside. She then told him that she knows who we are and knows our two grade school sons. This ass lives down the street from us in a shack with foil on her windows. My husband asked her if she was threatening our kids and she didn't deny it. I approached her and asked her the same thing and she kept yelling at me so I pushed her. Everyone cooled off, some guy in their group invited me to a "circle party" in which you can't have a cell phone or anything with you.? I'm naive but not dumb. We went home. Should I be worried about my kids saftey? My husband called his friend who is a cop and told him what happened. He is going to check out this trash down the street to see if she's been in any trouble. The thing I worry about most is my kids have to walk by her house to get on and off the school bus. I will not let them walk alone anymore. This is a weird town!
A These days it's always best to err on the side of caution where the kids are concerned. Keep a good eye on them and don't let them go near this woman's house without you or your husband. She was probably just mouthing, but it never hurts to avoid people like that.

The kid wore a black leather jacket, his father was killed in WWII, he got a girl pregnant, and near the end his son finds him, and then the guy takes off, the son sits on a park bench then goes into a recording studio for the Bob Segar song. Apparently I can remember everything but the name of the movie. Anyway, if you can help I would be forever in your debt karma wise.
